I've got a firm via work but you should be able to find someone closer I'd have thought.

Cookie,

My other half has used a guy several times in the past, most recently just before Christmas. She thoroughly recommends him and has put loads of other business his way. Everyone whose used him seems to be really happy. To be honest I haven't personally used him so I cannot comment either way.

IIRC he lives in Colchester but is always on the road, covering London & Essex.

Let me know if you're interested and I'll ask her for the details

Rob,

I thought as the ESC entrepreneur, you'd recommend going into property regardless of the financial climate

Not a IFA, but.....

I'd sell the scooby and get a car that costs less to run!!!!!!

Or you could use the car to get used to spending out large sums of money on your child untill they are at least 30!!!!!!

Oh and also sleep in the car, as this will simulate the type of sleep you will be having for the next 10 years

Actually..... it's all good and wouldn't changed a thing...

not when the economic climate is bad partly because of inflated property prices and poorly sold mortgages I wouldn't!!!

property prices are not in mine opinion over inflated its the vendors expectations are to high and the fact they still are looking at the property climate from 2 years ago, I would always recommended that people buy instead of renting as its just dead money and the property prices will increase of a period of time.
