Why are telephone Key pads and Keyboards/calculators Opposite???? Why can't companies work together and make them all the same way round???!!!

Works monday. has tues,weds,thurs of because his wife is "REALLY" ill..

Works friday and says could i borrow the van so i can go away with the TA this weekend... NO fuff off...

Trying to book a restraunt, being told we don`t take bookings just show up, than arriving at said restraunt to be told we`re fully booked....
