Default ESC - anyone want to be a hero ?

I am in desperate need of borrowing (or buying) a 2006 STi UK ecu as mine is dead.

https://www.scoobynet.com/wanted-18/...-required.html

Needs to be STI 2006 UK (hawkeye version) with 4 pinout blocks not the usual 5.

Failing this I will have to buy a new ecu from Subaru.

I am also looking at: SHBootMode - OpenECU to try and rescue it and have an electronics wizard trying to piece together a kit to do this.

OK ecu is in and it is def the right ecu (although ecuteked and locked from my mapping software) but as the ecu and immobiliser is not paired up it still wont start so that I can run it to an ecutek dealer (ie zen) to put a map on it.

Progress... but not quite there yet

Car is running and now has my map copied over into Ecutek with a few tweaks on fueling and adding some timing by Simon Roe (JGM) who just happened to be in Cambridge on Monday, so offered to pop in to sync the ecu and immobiliser then offered to copy my map onto to it.

The car is now running very sweetly and once I have put it back together from yesterday's sump off exercise, will be ready for the snow ball fight at Donington

Thanks to ESC and MSOC and all the other heroes that have helped me out in the last few weeks
