Looking good Frayz.
Just how photography should be, IMO, straight out of the box.
Some really good ideas in there, great composition in most of them, occasionaly let down by the backround, always a problem with "set" shots. But looks like you're getting the hang of the camera.

Nice one Frayz, some really nice shots there. Composition looking good, few blown highlights but most of the exposure is under control. Don't get hung up on using manual, AP to control the DOF then tweak (if needed) with exposure compensation will do same job but probably easier
