M5 car jacking in Southend this morning
On my arrival at my yard, I was confronted with a nice silver M5 put in the ditch opposite my yard entrance.
I think it was an owner of a club in Southend , by the reg. No.
I later found the guys mobile in my yard, and have handed it in with a statement.
Supposedly, it was not a nice incident, from what the Police had to say.

apparently guy who runs mayhem in southend was kidnapped ... he managed to escape from a car still handcuffed and run to a nearby house ... so i'm told

Didn't have "Tony" on the numberplate by chance 
Could it have been Lou/Brinzley Manzi? They have a few number plates "POP 1N, TOT5, D1SCO" and Lou normally drives a BMW?

Lou is currently out of the country and D1SCO was sold a good few years ago. hop and pop in are on hyundais now.

I don't think anything will come out until the investigation has finished. As I understand it the kidnap was attempted to get hold of the takings from the club. obviousely it went wrong and he escaped ... so the car was dumped. the police in southend are completely useless ... more interested in traffic offences and cruisers than real crimes.
