Was it on a pickup truck last night going through Rainham? I saw one around 7 ish, thought it looked too good to be a scrapper.

I saw one on a pickup, and thought it was being scrapped. Then I went into a quick daydream because I had a hundred quid in my wallet, and would have bought it for that
Oh well. Will keep an eye on the project.

Robbie was playing with the steering wheel !!

Looks like the "pin" in the ignition barrell has dropped thus blocking the key going in and therefore not able to release the steering lock or start the car

Going to have to remove the Steering assembly to remove the ignition barrel. I may just replace with a push button start

To be fair to Cookie sold as seen and he made me fully aware of the bits he had done and needed doing [even supplying the New wheel bearings] and of course me and Ed had previous experiance of the car

Only discovered when it was ripped out that it had, had a side impact crash at some stage [REPAIRED WELL] but the tell tail signs hidden by sound deading material and carpet. The Roll Cage provides the strength to the car now anyway

The engine work starts next week and we will see how good Cookies efforts have been
