If your console shows the 3 Red Lights Of Death and it's out of warranty, Microsfot will charge you £83 to fix the machine!

After this has happened to my brother's 360, I've found a solution to the problem.

What happens is that Microsoft uses a cheap and nasty method of attaching the heatsinks to the CPU and GPU, these heat up, buckle and cracks the soldering to the chips. I've found a way to modify the heatsinks which cures the problem, I've fixed my brother's machine and it's as good as new again!!

I charge £30 to sort your Xbox out if you need this done

Can you fix a blown Xbox consoles. Bought in the Staes and my brother accidentally plugged into a UK socket.

BTW, when are the ESC Xboxers going to graduate to PS3? (Proper console) LOL

Microsoft extened the warranty and back dated it too, if it's repaired for the RROD then they give you 3 years warranty on that too
