Need a little help!

I've created a spreadsheet to keep track of our power tools at work, and have set conditional formating for when the servicing is due on each piece of kit, as we got so many tools, I've also put in hyperlinks to make tracking a little easier.

Anyway, is it possible to have the conditional formated cells to appear on the contents page automatically when the tools are coming up for test so I don't need to trawl through the whole spreadsheet?
