turns out I had not topped the com bi boiler up and it was dripping down side from boiling up and venting ??
anyhow all topped up and pressured up right and seems to be running fine again and no noises or drips
Looked online and found a plummer in next road lol and gave him a call and he guided me through it, top bloke
