Help - Does Anyone Have a Spare Car?
As the title, Help - Does Anyone Have a Spare Car.
I recently put the scoob up for sale, thinking it would take ages to sell, but I was rather caught out in that it sold very quickly.
I thought it would be a good idea to buy a lightly damaged car and repair it, thinking I had plenty of time!
Well we have now been without a car for over a week and Andrea is getting pee'd off with me, So I was wondering if anyone had a car that is Mot'd, that they are not using for 2-4 weeks? Andrea will not drive anthing bigger than a scoob, or a Van
I will obviously sort out a suitable thank you, to anyone that can help, Cheers
Ps I was very kindly offered the use of Milamber's sister's car as she is away in New Zealand at the moment, but you can't Tax a car thats not in your name!!!!!!!

1 down, 150000 to go, then my job will be done
Back on track, YVM, why don't you just get yourself down the auction and buy a £150 special, run it for the time you need it and either ebay or scrap it when you're done

If you promise to treat her nice, the scoob is available. I don't use it much and i'll be away for a week in scotland soon. As you know it's pretty hardcore as far as creature comforts go, but it just sailed through it's mot. the only thing i'd need it back for is to get the rocker gaskets changed on the 2nd June.

Matt, thanks very much for the offer, I will give you a call later, need to check with Andrea.
Also not sure I want to have another scoob on the drive so soon, still going through the cold turkey stage!

- we just sold our "spare car" yesterday - convertable as well - which would've been nice in this weather
As said really - e-bay and auctions - or just drive around bas-vegas and you'll see loads of cars up for sale parked up with tax and MOT.
But I'd snap Matts hand off
