started the car to go to work, and the CEL came on whilst she was idling on my drive. turned car off and restarted and the light didnt come on straight away but then it stayed on but this time it flashed on then off then flickered a bit. so i turned off again, checked oil + water - all ok, had a fiddle around the MAF sensor area (i changed it about 2 months ago) and then restarted it and light didnt come on???

i drove all the way to work and the light didnt come back on, not sure what should i do tbh?

ps i changed the MAF sensor for bad idling about 2 months ago but i never reset ECU.

also shes never been mapped and is almost standard under bonnet aprt from d/v

If the lights out then there is no fault to find.

Leave it as is until you have something more to go on mate.

Dont worry about it though, i personally wouldnt.

did a manual cel code reader chek and it is coming up fault no.22 - which i think is the knock sensor.

my question is would it be ok to drive until i get it fixed in a couple of days?
