LOL reckon it may turn into one
Don't think i can make midday though ( Golf all day Saturday ) & a little unsure if i can make the evening ( Sea fishing all day Sunday ) But the way the weather is it's all subject to change

You forgot to add:
Same carpets
Same woodwork
Same Menu
Same same same.
Now a refurb to me means all change and you walk in and go "WoW"
Obviously I need to change my ideas on Refurbs
