quick question....
need to get new tyres for the STI anyone any idea what size they are?
Its on the standard gold wheels.
Managed to pick up a nail!

it will be written on the side wall.
Something like this..
235/45/17
The 235 means how wide it is as in 235mm
The 45 is the percentage of the sidewall as in the sidewall is 45% of the width
17 is the size of the wheel

225/45/17 as yours is an 05 model you will easily pick a complete wheel tyre package up on ebay, or here where someone changed wheels.

order them from camskill, so much cheaper. They will deliver in 24 hrs aswell

funny enough had to move them as knocked the old shed down last weekend and thought i should sell these. Have the RE040's, some dunlop track tyres of the same size, set of 17" classic wheels/tyres that came off lin's scoob all in the shed AND lin's new wheels indoors.

elite are a damn fine outfit for rubber and so are leight tyres...
trouble with elite is i always end up with new rims too

Just make sure you don't pick up some chavvy classic rims while your there.

Another vote for Camskill. Dad's just bought 4 215/40/17 toyo t1r from them for the wagon, £251 plus £6.50 next day delivery. got them fitted for £30. local tyre places wanted £89 each.

Great price Matt, I noticed they were even cheaper now. I paid 264 delivered back in April for the same size.
I always go to Supertyres, avoid the weekends if you can as they are pretty busy.

Just mention they are Stu's wheels and they will be EXTRA careful with them.
