Will be needing some carpets & poss kitchen fitted in Colchester...
I have today secured a deal on a two bedroom property in Colchester, this needs to be turned around pretty quickly, refurbed/decorated and rented out ASAP, so will be needing some carpets and poss a new kitchen fitting.

Not a plan as such, my Brother and I are going halves on this, so was going to stay over there for a week and get cracking on the simple stuff, bit of decorating and laminate, I could fit the kitchen, but really dont have the time.
