Saw my first one on Monday
...... no not that Ford thing, a PROPER car
Coming through Stock I noticed a mean black thing trying to turn out onto the main road.
Being the courteous gentleman I am I flashed to let him out and he was then in front of me
Black, glossy glossy glossy black. Black wheels and lovely shiny twin exhausts.
This will tell you how good it looked..... even Beverley said it was gorgeous and took a photo of it on her mobile phone
We followed it till we got to the national speed limit and he managed to get the drop on me (he must have been in a lower gear) disappeared into the distance at what must have been the national aerospace limit
Fortunately the Mundano WASN'T to be outdone and we caught up once we'd wallowed around the next corner...till he hit the A12 and then launched it at escape velocity. OMG as the youths say
I want one. Frayz wants one.

Would that be a Ford in house magazine by any chance.
Seriously. A GTR compared with a RS that must have been very selective criteria.
My Mundano rated very highly against a 360 Modena on purchase affordability, MPG and turning circle but I know which one I'd rather have

Yeah baby, shes the shizzle. Id have one in a heartbeat
I too see the RS vs GTR email mate. The RS will keep up on normal roads and will be more fun to drive. untill you get any sort of straight long enough to use the power and the GTRs whips it.
Dont get the wrong, the new RS is a seriously good tool, better than teh STI and Evo IMO but this GTR...
Different gear

YouTube - Autocar - Ford Focus RS vs Nissan GT-R
Same as 600 vs 1000cc bike, most people will be quicker and have more fun on the 600 as you can fully use it more of the time.
For all that, it would take less than a nano second to choose which one I'd prefer to have, yep a 1000cc GTR

Two very quick stunning car's, admittedly one is a bit 'essex' and two ladies, neither of them exactly stunning, and one was never remotely desirable.?

Don't get me wrong, the GTR would be very close to the top of the pile of purchases when I win the Eurolotto. But the RS also looks to be cracking good fun, and in truth is more readily affordable when not in lotto winning dream mode.

Followed a silver one in to work today... it may only have 480 horses...
but f'ck me, they must be big horses!! That thing is damn fast!
As for the press saying teh new FRS will keep up... not a chance!
Having said that, the FRS is more than 50% of the GTR as a car but only 50% of the price. I dont think anyone can comment until they have driven the new FRS.
