For the interior get yourself some megs apc from polished blish along with the correct measuring bottle and spray head. Will cost you about £30 delivered but well worth it. You cut it with water and a bottle will last you ages. It can also be used to clean your engine bay and help to get rid of heavy grim from the exterior prior to washing.
For interior plastics it's always Poorboys natural look dressing. If it's the plastic kick plates get the 303 aerospace protectant.
