Hopefully it will sell quickly as Keen to get this done and get the oil burner.

Think I am realising that more important things to do at the mo.

Well until I get the porker in a couple of years

Cool, good thinking, cost me £8 in petrol just to drive to the lodge and back last night. If you are using it for work get the most economical you can find tbh ! Get a SMART like Rob.

Ditto. Seems pointless having it sit on the drive tbh.

Mine is an EVERYDAY car 7 days a week - only interested in a scoob, even if it does cost me a bit to run....

I'm certainly not looking for pipe and slippers........... I will leave that to others....

Seven years of scoobs as my only daily car so far and I don't see any reason to change that..... (unless I lose my job, and even then the scoob will be one of the last things to go....) There may be nicer cars out there - but they 'aint scoob's...

you wanna try using the pedal on the right, then you'll see what a scoob can do.

plus i'm gonna do the ring in it, drive up to scotland, head over to normandy, and maybe south of france.
far better than the station and back me thinks

Bio diesel? Is that readily available now then. And do you get the same MPG/performance from it?

Had a search around nearest supplier to me wants £1.02p a litre + vat = £1.20 With the nessecary fuel filter change + problems with it below 4 degrees Gelling It`s not for me. Shame I thought I was going to save on my largest expense.

£1.34 for Shell V power on the Fleetwood Road just off the M55. Be Warned the garage is not a Shell Garage they are a third party garage thus the inflated fuel price!!

Naming and Shaming:

Its just gone up to 98.9p/litre inc of vat.. firstly, you try a 30% mix, then build up to a happy mixture, all that happens if theres too much bio, is the engine doesnt pull as well... so, you just add standard diesel to strength the mix..
most engines can run 50-70% bio without any probs... some can run 100% .. i know several vans that do.. as for -4' not to sure, but not expecting that at the moment, but would refill mixture with diesel ultimate or equiv....

You can run a 50% mix in the winter and you should be alright but 100% mix will start gelling and then freezing as the temp drops below + 4.
It`s a considerable saving buying at your price.
There is a Bio diesel club in Cambridge who sell it reasonable but you have to be a member and make an appointment to fill up.
