Like everything that comes over from the US it gota lost in translation.

A good example is, why do black guys wear their trowsers around their knees/**** cheeks???

Answer is, when a black guy was "avaliable" for some shower fun in a US prison they would display their **** to the top boys in return for protection, if a guys pants were done up that means they were taken for and not to be touched. So when the time come for release, the trend carried on to the street and was picked up by black culture and silly white boys from the suburbes too.

So next time you see some prat with his **** on display all he is saying is he wants to be someones bitch.
