Official poll for the new Essex club name
Guys, the above poll is for a decision on a new club name and web address.
This is your chance to have your say on how you think we "the members" should take the club forward.
You MAY make more than one choice!!
This poll will close at midnight on the 11th November 2012!
Cheers
Frayz

I voted for two.
First choice would be Essex Subaru Club to keep the "ESC".
Next choice would be Essex Subaru Owners Club .

I think as this is possibly the most significant decision to be made within the ESC of recent years I will leave this poll open for one month.
Anyone who has not voted or forwarded their opinion by 11th November 2012 will forfeit their input.
Fair?

Andy if you click on the poll it's all open and transparent. Click the values at the end of each bar and you will see exactly who has voted.
So any false votes from non members can be null and void.

Along with my son Chris, I was a keen attender of Essex meets but it eventually seemed to get a bit cliquie (towards the end of the 'Flat Four' club era) I drifted away when it became 'Essex scooby Crew' as, quite frankly, I found the term 'Crew' not to my taste. It was a term that seemed the in-word (a bit chavy?) at the time but, as these things do, would eventually go out of fashion. Getting rid of 'Crew' makes it seem a little bit more grown-up?
Although it has 5 votes as I write, 'Essex Scooby Crew' seems consigned to the history books

Nice to see some of the old school getting involved, and also showing support for a change.
It's nice to know were not upsetting anyone.

no you haven't!
I think the mileage you have spent getting to ESC events in the past has earned you a special vote* in the poll for you loyalty! See small print below.
*Obviously it will still count as any other and won't be special at all!
