Default ESOC Previous Rides

Hi fellow ESOCer's, I'm sure we all have had a colourful experience when it comes to previous motors before we saw the light from the east in the form of an Impreza, so lets see them, good or bad, don't be shy now

Yeah, had her 2 years and never ever once let me down.
Sold her to buy the Impreza. I could have cried when I drove the Impreza home. Gutless and boring

8 years later its just boring lol

Love the Sapphire - perfect!

My early rides were flat 4s - but all aircooled.

Still have the '72 - been working on it when time and funds have allowed over the last couple of decades - and now all the rusty bits have gone, she looks like this...

Ok so I've had the usual suspects, but as you can see my 1st car didn't end up too well. I got thrown out the windscreen as it rolled 3 times in a field.

I did hsve a honda prelude in between my 2 bmw's but can't find the pictures.

My Old Escort RS Cosworth

0-60 = 3.89 Completed @ Silverstone Ford Fair (450Bhp)

1/4 Mile Santa Pod 12.21 @ 117mph (550Bhp) very easy on the launch, as you can tell from my 60ft time.

Then i bodged my start due to the new clutch.

Bit of nitros just to add to the fun and stupidity of the car.

Had this for about Focus ST3 for 18mths as my daily drive. Great car.

WOW Ron the hair!!!! I was 5 in 1990 lol.

As most of you know, I only started driving a year ago, 7 years of motorcycles only.

Can't seem to find many pics, but I have a couple of my last few.

98 Yamaha R1

06 Kawasaki ZX636R

When I got it (and the mrs' MR2 turbo in the background)

and how I sold it..

Before I sold the bike, I started driving with this:

That french thing last all of two months before I bought my bug.

Some truly awesome cars there, definitely need to experience some of those!

I started driving 5 years ago, went out to buy an accord 2.0 sport...came back with this, and a monumental insurance bill!

2.0 sport, always was impreza mad so really was the only place to start, ended up looking like this before it was written off spectacularly

After the scoob left I was still in the fast and furious mindset which resulted in this...great fun car

The mr2 died completely at 135000 miles, recently seen it go on eBay for £600, regret not snapping it up for a track toy.

Then with a degree of common sense, somehow ended up with this, really didn't enjoy it although very reliable

Finally just prior to moving down here from Scotland, I scrimped and saved to buy my current pride and joy
