How we all doing?

Right I have had the track car out for a shake down before the trackdays start and if found a couple of problems, first one being an engine oil leak the second is the check engine light flickering on every now and then under heavy acceleration, it's on Simtek/alkatek is this common or normal with this ecu set up should I be worried? I need a good reliable competent garage to sort oil leak as I'm totally flat out atm. Any help would be great thanks, I'm in Essex

Google is your friend here. Theres a few garages that we all use. Some of us travel further a field to get our imprezas worked on

Flickering engine like on simtek/alcatek is det or rather engine noise above preset level set at mapping time so could be det.

Old or bad fuel?

A few people use them. I've been there once and the service was good.

Hi Lee,
Extreme rebuilt the engine in my car at 22k,(previous owner had it rebuilt, usual bottom end failure) Still going strong
at 50k :-) I have been there for general servicing & MOTs,very helpful.
Also Zak at Mocom Racing is very good, http://www.mocomracing.com/
