As said above I can't get my bonnet open! Run outta washer water on my way to my dad's so figured I would top up! Pulled the release n nothing! Won't even pop up! Cable seems to have tension on it but other than I'm stumped for ideas!

Get some one to tap the bonnet above the catch at the front while you pull the release cable

As above once open check make sure it's greased enough and not seizing.

Humm I'll giv it a go in the morning! Need to now as I started to get a faint smell of petrol coming through the air when sitting at lights!

That could be the pump, getting on a bit now.

Push some weight on the bonnet where the catch is when you pull the lever should do the trick.

Humm mayb my misses didn't put enough weight on it but that didn't work! Back to square 1 lucky I can walk to work!

Haha I'll be in Southend but not in car! Going out for a work mates birthday! So will pop down anyway! Managed to pop it open at work n hav cleaned it up n greased the bstrd thing up! Amazingly as well the faint fuel smell had gone as wel haha Madness!
