Default Fittings for fpr

I have recently bought a Fuelab fuel pressure regulator and now I need to obtain all the necessary fittings to put this together. RCM have a page of all the various fittings available but I'm asking those who have carried out this mod, what is it that I need exactly? Car is a hawk sti with top feed injectors.

Thanks for the replies guys. Tbh I have only seen pictures of braided hoses so I assumed that was the only option. Torques looks like an awesome site and will definitely have everything I need so will have a browse and speak to Alex. Thanks Lee!
