Would it be better to wrap or repaint that?

Paint, wrap is tacky looking and your just hiding the problem instead of fixing it.

A personnel choice, but I would paint everytime. Better sell on value etc.

as above paint it, you would probably still see the defects under the wrap.

I'd get it painted. Paint can be polished up and waxed nicely, will always win over wrap in my opinion.
