Default Stutter on 2.0 turbo awd

Hey everyone hope someone out there can help.
I have read so so many forums and so many threads desperate to find an answer.

I have 2.0ltr V plate turbo awd running 3" miltek exhaust with sports cat, EcuTec remap and K&N filter. Bought the car after it had been stood for a few months from the mrs old man so know he wouldn't rip me off. Has had new plugs and have filters and oil in the boot ready to replace asap.

Basically on boost it jumps/stutters as if it's stalling and missing. Was throwing up knock sensor code so had that replaced with original part and the Subaru garage couldn't find anything else. It still stammers when trying to pull and boost. Have read so many times it is most likely maf sensor but others say they have similar symptoms and replacing the maf sensor hasn't worked. Am skint so don't wanna go throwing money at it when it could be anything.......
Other symptoms are: very slow to start sometimes but temperature seems to have no effect, hot or cold sometimes it struggles.
Please help

Have you looked at fuel pressure when on boost it could possibly be fuel pump

Also could be old fuel. But I would check the plugs if you've recently changed them

I have cleaned the maf and all connections and which is why I am most tempted to spend out and replace the maf. I have read on other forums that the maf sensors on this model are probe to going and one guy even recommends changing them with an annual service :s
Any thoughts on this people??

You should be able to find a descent maf on here won't cost to much worth changing.

Would it be best to put an ask for one in the parts section or would it be worth buying new. If I but 2nd hand and is faulty and no change I might believe it's something else when it could be the maf still??

Yeh that sounds about right. Sometimes it's worse if I accelerate hard and I can usually use the top 1/4 of the accelerator and is ok. Usually starts when the boost is spooling up I guess
