Default japspeed front mount intercooler sti hatch

hi lads how good are the japspeed font mount intercoolers for a 2010 hatch/saloon sti do they help make big power if so how much and what have u made with supporting mods many thanks sid

i got a japspeed front mount for my classic a few mths ago the pipes arn,t the best fit and 1 was split ,i took a picture and got a whole new pipe kit with spare clamps customer service was very good , but i still needed modify (the pipe work) to fit ..

also had to buy a induction kit as you loose the airbox dew to pipework. so a remap or a tweek if you have a remap already will need to be done

but a mate on here got a japspeed front mount for his 04 blobeye and as far as i no he had no problems with fitting at all or pipe work but still needed a induction kit dew to pipe work

Run one on mine 460/500 no issues and still will go further yet. pipe fit no problem at all either

probably the best for the lower budget, I'm on a hawk but makes good results had to muck about with the pipes but cant fault it

many thanks lads have a mate with a 2010 sti saloon thinking of fitting a front mount and they seem good and make good power would be even better if anybody had them in stock

There are no pipework issues on the hatch and saloon kits I can safely say that, the earlier versions like the hawk there were issues with the washer bottle.
