Just wondered if anyone has used motorsportworld.co.uk
I ordered a samco hose for my v2 sti intercooler about 4 weeks ago I was told upto 6 weeks as made to order, so said ok I'll take a red one
After about 2 weeks I hadn't even had a confirmation email so I rang them up and apparently they had tried to contact me to confirm colour so again I said red, and then asked if they could send me a confirmation email now please
Again 2 weeks go by and I still had no email so I've tried rining yesterday and today and both times have found my self in hold for 2 hours until the phone cuts off
Just want to know if anyone has had any experience with these guys in the past?!
They are next to impossible to get hold of on the phone, the first time I rang them it went through straight away , just getting that funny feeling about online companies, if you get me!

I've used them to buy brake pads for my rally car a few times and will be using them again soon for my Subaru and always found them very efficient but when the last set of pads come I'm sure they were sent the main UK stockist as it had their mini business card on the box.

Motor sport world have terrible customer service
I'm still waiting for this hose and I ordered beginning of April they are impossible to get on the phone been on hold 2 hours everyday for a week ending with the line going dead
and currently not replying to my Facebook messages
I'm going to order from a different company and just cut my losses because I'm not chasing these monkeys much longer, if you look at there fb you will see more unhappy customers,
Can anyone recommend and reliable company that sell the intercooler hose for a v2 sti?
Thanks
