Default Fitting pink injectors - leaking..

Hello, any advice on how to fit pink injectors without them leaking?
I took the green brackets off, loosened the rails, changed the top and bottom o rings, pushed them back into the rail, (i think all the way..) then pushed the rail with injectors back into the manifold and bolted down.
Primed the pump and it sprays every where!

Where am I going wrong?

The easiest way to do it I have found, is to put the injectors into the intake, smear a bit of vaseline around the top o-ring, then push the fuel rail down onto the injectors.

All this stuff about pulling the injectors up into the fuel rail and hearing a click is bull****.

Three of mine clicked on no probs when I upgraded, the 4th was a stubborn bugger that leaked no matter how it 'clicked'. It eventually went on without clicking fully and has been grand for 2 years or so.
