Drive-fan belt pulley???

Drive-fan belt pulley???
Not sure if it's drive belt or cam belt or what but I'm getting a screeching from the belt at the front ( the visible one) with about 5-6 pulleys on one of the pulleys is not spinning or spinning then stopping then spinning!!! Any ideas be grateful for advice

The air con will switch on and off thats normal.
One of the two belts is either worn out or loose.
With ENGINE SWITCHED OFF. Check how tight they are and adjust as needed
