Default Next Power upgrade

Hi guys once again I'm after your extended knowledge, like all owners we want our cars to go that little bit quicker.

A few months ago I had the dreaded ringland failure, after spending £4600 I know have the following

> Modified Oil Pump
> ACL Race Bearing Kit
> Cambelt
> Genuine Engine Gaskets
> Cosworth 0.78mm Head gaskets
> Cosworth 11mm High Tensile Stud Kit
> Mahle Forged Piston Set
> Mahle Ring Set
> Fluids & Filters
> Bore & Hone
> Air Pump Delete Kit
> Decat Down Pipe
> Exedy Clutch Kit
> Labour
> Running In Map
> Oil & Filter @ 1000 miles
> Carry Out Dyno Run (done)
> Carry Out Compression Test (done)
> Carry Out Leak Down Test (done)

My car feels better but still lacks some punch any recommendations on what's next.
I definetly don't want to spend thousands, the garage are telling me turbo upgrade and that costs £1150 plus vat

What's your opinions on next upgrade

You have to laugh at these garages thou, I paid them £4600 then when the car went back to have the remap completed after running in, they had the ***** to charge me £35 for a fookin air filter

Any help from you guys is always appreciated, as I ain't got a clue when it comes to engines etc

To bad you didnt strech for forged rods (you can get them for 250£) as now that is weak link in you setup.

I am forging mine atm and will billet my vf43 turbo till i save for bigger blower.I hope to get 380-400 bhp on our 100 octain fuel and extract max out stock TMIC,air box and injectors

I wouldnt go past 400/450 on OEM rods, for that you need td05-20g or smallest gt30 core (SC42) if possible in billet version.New will cost more than 1k:/
