Don't buy them from SWRD as they are too long and the after service is crap when you point this out! Avoid

Hi Zuber,

Your the first person to advise us our after care is crap. Most members themselves tell us the exact opposite as we always try to go the extra mile and make sure people know we try to deal with any issues and have our customers believe we do care and try to do our best on all issues. I'm sure plenty will be here to voice there own opinions on that and you are entitled to your opinion as is everybody else. On quite a few threads recently people have said our after sales care is the best they have had. And I get a decent number of emails saying the same with a thanks for our help.

As for our hoses been to long......

I don't recall ever been advised of this but I do deal with a lot of customers so I may have been if it was a while ago. And also if I had I would have asked for more details and offered up replacements etc which is why I'm also confused with the bad aftercare comment.

If somebody tells us they have a problem with our lines then my own thoughts would be if there is an issue we need to put this right as bad comments on ill fitting products would harm our brand.

These hoses are made by hand so there is a possibility one could have been made incorrectly and slipped through into stock at some point again we would offer a replacement hose or set of hoses.

If you have an issue still with hoses you bought from us I would suggest to contact me by email or PM so I can rectify the issue. Can you advise me of your order number or your name so I can search out your order.

Just to add our hoses are just rebranded HEL performance hoses made by HEL in their factory for us. So buying SWRD hoses gives you the exact same length hoses as the HEL hoses the only difference is our SWRD branded tags as opposed to the HEL tags. All fittings and lengths are the exact same specs.

I also have a set fitted to our bugeye so I know that the newage application fits correctly and I've fitted our Classic hoses to customers cars again this application fits correctly. The only application i haven't personally fitted is the 08> fitment so if anybody has issues with length on these let us know as I've sold plenty of them on here.

Our hoses are £68.95 and with code SN10 you get 10% off that price. We could also do a GB and do them at £55 delivered for 10 sets or more.

If anybody has any questions about our hoses or indeed our after sales just ask.

I promise all customers we are still here as a business after 4 years as we take pride is customers believing that buying from us means if they have an issue we will do our best to put it right. In many cases we go far beyond what we are required to do.

I have also found in business no matter how hard you try you can't please every customer so I guess there will be a small number of people we haven't pleased even though we tried.

have supplied GOODRIDGE for years and IMO they are the best quality full stop..........thei full stainless steel kits also come with ALL stainless fittings not with some plastic components as others do

their recent price re-alignment also means that they are VERY competitive in the market these days
