Question Clutch

Hi all

I'm sure this question has been asked before so I do apologise.
Could anyone let me know an average price for a clutch change please?
I'm thinking of getting a pink Exedy which I've seen around £300 and I'm guessing it costs about £500 for the labor, so would £800 for clutch and labor be about right?
I've got a 51 plate bug WRX and live in the North West between Manchester and Liverpool, if that helps.

Thanks in advance

Jay

£500 labour.....................

should take a decent garage anywhere between 2.5 - 4 hours to complete and most garages charge £55 + vat per hour

£300 for a pink box seems steep aswell

Thanks for the reply, cheaper would be great!
I'm trying to get a figure before I start calling garages so I don't get my pants pulled down.

I've got so much to do and so little money lol
My car has been sitting in my garage for 2 years and I need :

1. Clutch
2. Air filter
3. RR Tune
4. Brakes
5. Tyres

A lot of money for a car that's probably only worth £2500.

As long as you love driving the car , you shouldnt worry so much about the money part.Be worse if you didnt like it.

Couple of places near me will do a gearbox swap for about £150+oils. So a clutch change should be about the same or less i would think
