Hi

I would use a 5w-40 synthetic, unless heavily modified.

http://www.opieoils.co.uk/c-656-5w-40.aspx

Out of those, the best ones are the Fuchs/Silkolene Pro S, Millers CFS/CFS NT, Motul Sport/300V, Red Line and Gulf Competition. The Motul 8100 X-Cess, Millers XF Longlife, Fuchs GT1 XTL/Supersyn, Gulf Formula G/ULE, Shell Helix and Mobil Super 3000 are good, cheaper alternatives.

What colour coolant is already in there?

NGK PFR7Bs are ideal plugs

http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-64112-ng...-ngk-4853.aspx

We have a couple of different filters, both are fine to use.

Hi

The best coolants are the Motul Inugel Optimal or Fuchs Mag Cool, but the Fuchs Fricofin Longlife, Millers Alpine, Castrol Radicool and Gulf are all fine as cheaper alternatives.

05 widetrack Jdm Sti here

OIL - 10/50 fuchs pro s
OIl filter is the black Subaru one
Gear box - Castrol syntrax universal
Diff -fuchs 90ls
Spark Plugs PFR7B could not source PFR7G what Jdm Sti came from factory with and gapped to 0.65mm
Coolant is Millers blue after timing belt change must of been coolant in system because coolant is still green
You can source from other places cheaper than the above

Thanks will get them ordered. Do you happen to know the capacity of the engine oil and coolant? Will 5L be enough of both with some to spare?
