The only thing I know about this is when you bleed the clutch you have to pull the pedal up as it won't come up by itself. There is a spring on the bell housing so I'd make sure that is attached and that there is enough hydraulic fluid in the res.

When the car is stationary in neutral you can push clutch up and down with no noise at all. When in gear and go to pull off I get a sort of grinding sound. Also when driving if I give it some beans the clutch pedal will stick to the floor and I cant get any gears? Anyone 😢

If a seal has gone in the master cylinder or more commonly the slave cylinder then the pedal may not always return, but it is often possible to lift it whilst driving by using your foot and it may then change gear next time OK. You will often lose fluid also, though the leak may not be obvious.
I would check the position of the actuating arm on the bell housing with the car stationary and engine running, then go out for a drive. When the pedal sticks at the floor stop the car and check the arm position. If the arm is in the normal position as it was before then the fault is with the hydraulic side or with the pedal assembly in the footwell. If the arm is not as before then there is a clutch/gearbox/engine related fault (not as likely, although the grinding noise you report is worrying unless that's just you trying to force a gear when the clutch is not disengaged due to a hydraulic/pedal assembly issue).
