Where does the plug on a knock link plug into ?

Plug?

Mine had a knock sensor, which bolts to the engine. On my classic it's fastened to an M8 bolt on top of No.4 cylinder.

Ah, I see.

Mine is hard-wired, needs a switched live and an earth.

What's the plug look like? Can you post pics?

OK, when it comes, ask again if you aren't clear, post a pic.

Not sure if later ones didn't have a cig-lighter plug.
Mine came with two wires, I just used a circuit tester to proble for the correct wires, then wired it in.

I've now taken all the LED's out of the box, rewired them and put them in a circle round my fuel pressure gauge, with the big one at the top at eye level.

Saved my engine once, along with the Defi f/p gauge set to differential
