Bugeye's keypad wont accept code after battery being flat
Hi i am a new owner of a bugeyed wrx. When i bought it a couple of days ago i was instructed how to turn it on and i got used to it pretty quickly. The next day i jump in and tried to start it after punching the code in. It kept cranking untill the battery died. I then charged the battery and tried starting it again. This time after i punch my code in the orange engine light didnt turn on and the car again kept cranking without a start. Is there any way i can reset the immobiliser other than taking it to subaru. i dont like getting ripped off lol

check they keypad is flashing when you push the numbers down, they've a habit of not registering the keys. Sometimes the flat end of a pen is handier than squishing it with your finger.
