Default Removed dash, now car not running right

Wondered if someone can give me some advice please.
Just removed the dash and now have a few issue's with the car.
Unplugged everything needed to take dash out,inc some extra gauges (oil temp, oil pressure, boost) but never went near the ignition system and Clifford alarm is still flashing and arming/disarming.
But now the car wont start on its own. But it will if I run some jump leads from another car.
Before doing this I could remotely unlock and disarm the battery and start it.
Or if I left it too long i'd turn the key and then have to press the top button on the alarm to release the immobiliser. It used to make a click noise.
It does all this except the click noise now.
Car also now runs lumpy and wants to stall.
Any ideas please?
Thanks.
