Engine transplant
Hey again all
Following a bump in my v reg 2000 turbo awd I have purchased a decent running p reg awd almost identical. The engine is slightly different as expected between v3 and v4 (May have the models slightly wrong but you all know what I'm getting at).
The engine on both run fine however the v reg had miles 3" and remap. The p reg has a problem with power steering and someone has botched an exhaust install so would need to sort that.
Am wondering if it is first of all easier to do a complete transplant of my remapped engine and exhaust into the good shell and sell the running v2 engine or would it be possible to swap the exhaust and ecu and leave the engines.
Which is the better engine etc and any general advise or recommendations would be greatly received.
