Hi there

Looks like is JDM V8 STI engine and what year not sure there,but LHT20 012/RHT20 012 are big port JDM heads and here are diameters of the lift for JDM(this I do have from Nasioc there)

int - .349"
exh- .369"

V7 would be

int - .325"
exh- .339"
