Default Advice Please :)

Hi Guys hope you are all well, Just a quick question My Impreza 97 had a running issue changed a few bits like maf leads coil pack etc, turned out to be ecu related and was running very rich, Anyway car was remapped along with a new set of plugs, now I feel the car is slower from before, Turbo used to kick in at around 3-3500 now its 4500 plus, also after map the car was put on rolling road and it showed 275bhp where as before when it was put on rolling it was 300bhp,

Well the only difference is you've changed the engine map so that would be a good place to start. Its a possibility that the engine produced more power because it was running a bit richer. The other possibility is your engines worn or you have a fault.
