Default Ign switch fused or not

Does anyone know if the ign switch supply to the ecu on a v3 Sti is fused or not? It's pin b11 on this model - but at present I've not been able to identify an associated fuse - I'd expect a low amperage (5A or similar) to be on this line...

If its a yellow/red wire, iirc it's also connected through the instrument panel (green wire ??)
