Default V4 speedo converter help please

Looking for some advice please
Have tried wiring in the electronic speedo converter today from sva speedos ordered from their site using the drop down menus to get the right converter
Have followed their diagram to the letter soldering into the black signal wire, but there is a green wire on the converter with no instructions to wire it to anywhere so this was insulated and not used.
Speedo won't work
Soldered the black signal wire back together and soldered into the green and black signal wire as I found a diagram on here
Speedo works but still reads in kph

Any advice please on where we are going wrong?
Can't give sva speedos a call until Tuesday

Lol but in the heat of the moment when the police are right behind you and the sat nav left at home,my memory of kph to mph disappears and end up doing 50kph/30mph everywhere

The conversion should also delimit it or does it still top out at 112mph?

I'm on an ESL board done by Andy Carr, is it as simple as a quick phone call to get him to delimit?

For anybody that needs to know, black wire is signal wire

It works and now reads in mph but according to the sat nav is 2mph out at 30 and 5mph out at 60 but on the safe side but I guess slightly bigger wheels than original could affect that slightly
