FMIC with SC42 turbo
I'm running an SC42 at 411.2 HP on the standard STI TMIC. Is it really worth going FMIC?
The turbo is advertised as a 420bhp has anyone seen more than this? If i'll only gain 9HP then i won't bother haha!

fmic with some meth you could potentially hit 450 bhp, even from a safety pov lowering charge temps with a fmic will be beneficial

Probs no use but can check my figures,
My sc42 got rebuilt by Owen Developments so not a like for like comparison.
Also figures are with delta dash so not 100% accurate.
But i am running a HDI FMIC.

Funny enough, i'm looking at a rebuild now. Mine has only lasted a month, getting Turbo Dynamics to look at it tomorrow.

When it comes to the IC piping size, Banny_STI mentioned that most kits are TB side is 3" and the turbo is side 2.5".
Kits I've seen are either 2.5" or 3". Which one is best to go for, I'm thinking pressure wise 2.5"?

Id go for it this and if you zoom on the pipework you can see the pipe from the turbo is slightly smaller, yes both outlets are 3" at the intercooler but pipe always gets smaller at turbo to help flow
