Default Milltek 3" Twinscroll downpipe fitment

I have a Milltek 3" Downpipe on route and looking to get a cat back but I have stumbled on posts from people suggesting that the Milltek downpipe is slightly longer ? so that you have to match it with the Milltek cat back system ?

Has anyone experienced this or am I limited to only running the Milltek cat back ? Or could I bolt on another 3" cat back (HKS/BLITZ ETC) to this downpipe ?

Had planned on getting a Milltek but currently seem harder/more expensive to get than the Japan import alternatives

I was onto them already, they dont have the 3" system, only the 2.75",

My downpipe is 3" so want the 3" system to match. The 2.75" are the old systems they did, 3" is all the new systems.

I contacted Milltek themselves and said retail is £350 but I had to go through a dealer, and so far all dealers want £450+

did you ask Milltek if their downpipe was slightly longer and can only be used with milltek systems rather than other off the shelf systems of same diameter?

I used a miltek downpipe and married to invidia n1 fitted perfect
The miltek pipe leaked on startup I had have weld stripped down and re welded
Not best start with brand new pipe
