Default airbag light issue

Hi everyone problem I have is my airbag light has come on it's a v4 type r. I've been through old threads to see if I can solve the problem but no luck. I have so far checked under seats but no sign of wires under there. Connected the connectors under steering wheel and it's shows no fault code also reset the ecu and no luck. I disconnected the battery also.
I saw a thread that mentioned a squib? Where is this located?
Has anyone any ideas?

I've just put my standard wheel back on and found his guide will help if your going to swap bits out. Mines an my99 but can't see it's changed much. I'd think clockspring or actual airbag.
