Default Alarm or wiring Problem?

The car im having a problem with is a 1999 Turbo 2000 UK.
I stopped using the original alarm due to sometimes the hazard lights stay on when unlocking the car (1-2 years ago been to many people and no luck)
Recently the car has died two times now once i lost all power but came back and 2 days ago car died but had all lights etc and had to restart the engine.
Yesterday and today i now don't even have to use the immobilizer as the car starts without it. Any help i would be very happy.
