Default Rally turbo identification.

Hi Guys I'm looking to fully understand what turbo I have just taken off my car.
My car is a ex rally gc8 Impreza and the turbo is a Td05 16g. It has a removable 90 degree bend (top entry) due to been able to fit a restrictor in between this and the compressor housing? (But it wud also run as a front entry with this removed) It has drilled studs which hold the 90 degree (top entry pipe on) which were originally lock wired with a fia tag on.
I've been told that this possibly is a group n prodrive turbo? Is this true or a load of old bull? Does it make it desirable in anyway?
Ur expert knowledge appreciated!
;-)
Tim.
