Default JDM hawk sump on track

Afternoon,

Awaiting delivery of my JDM Hawkeye and I'm wondering if the sumps are baffled enough for track work or is a plate needed?

Thanks

Advice from my engine builder was that the twin scroll sump is good enough for track work, unless you're running super sticky tyres and are really fast.

Advice given to me was to overfill the sump by about 0.5 litres.
