Default Coolant issue

I got an 05 impreza outback sport and I recently drove it from Ohio to Florida. Overheated in North Carolina and there was very little coolant in it, got it filled and did a pressure test and all that. Anyway it ran fine the rest of the way down but its still drinking coolant slowly but surely. Would the pressure test show if something was wrong with the water pump or head gaskets?? Doing some research and I cant find anything... Head gaskets were replaced 50k miles back, has 190k now.
