Default Any benefit fitting later yrs gearbox//diff to early WRX ?

I Currently have the standard TY752VB3FA box in my wrx ( 2nd one )

Any benefit to fitting say a TY752VBCAA with matching diff ?

Ratios much shorter/longer ?

i see the spec says Double-cone 3rd synchro added (all turbo Impreza) , mine originally went on 3rd gear, is this a improvement over mine ?

cheers

If your willing to change diff you may aswell put a ty54 with matching diff but if you do your sums right you'll not have to change your diff.
